An expert team lurks behind the scenes to guard content, and to provide a community of peers.

The Gatekeepers to content creation are the following:

• engineering experts (mostly Engineering Professors),
• education experts (people with solid training in post-secondary education theory), and
• experienced teachers (veterans in secondary and post-secondary teaching techniques and practices).

Their presence ensures only great content will be created for this site.

Constant feedback from education expert team members will be implemented to improve video content quality and efficiency.

All comments from end users will be reviewed to assure that either edits need to be made or video quality is adequate: These comments may come from direct input on the website or through feedback to professors or TA’s.

All videos will be reviewed by a team member (who is either a content or education expert) before release: If a video fails to meet minimum requirements, it will be re-recorded or edited, and if there are improvements to be made, they will be noted in a permanent file.
