This video is a continuation of the previous module on harmonic oscillation– please watch the previous video if you have not already done so.  We explore energy transfer between potential spring energy and kinetic energy.  We also try to understand harmonic oscillation at a more fundamental level by summarizing its fundamental characteristics.
